pickvio is an independent, reader-supported review publication focused on health and wellness products. We exist for one reason: there's a lot of money in telling you a supplement is amazing, and almost none in telling you the truth. We'd rather be the second kind of site.

How we score, 0–10

Every product goes through the same rubric. We weigh:

• Evidence — are the ingredients and doses backed by real research?
• Formulation — sensible strains/actives, transparency, manufacturing standards.
• Real-use experience — weeks of hands-on testing, not a glance at the label.
• Value & risk — price, and whether the guarantee makes it safe to try.

Our independence

We buy the products we test at normal retail. pickvio is funded by affiliate commissions — when you buy through our links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That funding never changes a score or a recommendation. If a product is mediocre, we say so, link and all.
